This is a brief overview of the terms, conditions, and benefits of
considering your next home purchase through HOUSE AUCTION SALES:

- Remember: this is an AUCTION. Traditionally everything
is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". This is why we have provided the above
benefits.

REGISTER 24 hours before the
auction day. We also need to see documentation of ability to perform if you
have the winning bid.
- Read and Sign the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION" form from the
informational packet that you will receive in the mail shortly after you
register.
- Be ready to sign a purchase agreement immediately after the final GAVEL
falls and we close the sale.
