The main reason is  because at our AUCTION you as a REALTOR will get PAID.  Period.  We charge any successful BIDDER that is working with an MLS REALTOR a 2.7%  BUYERS PREMIUM.  We FIRMLY believe that you should always get paid for your hard work! 

We want to make your clients as comfortable as possible with the idea of buying their dream home through an AUCTION. Open houses and private showings will of course, be available.
