Register To Bid

To gain entrance for bidding at any of our auctions, we need to know that you have been pre-qualified, OR have a letter of credit in the amount you have qualified for.  You must register at least 24 hours before the AUCTION.  If you win with the highest bid, we will need a cashiers check/verified funds/cash (talk to your banker) as a deposit. The deposit varies per auction.  Our attorney will have you sign the Purchase agreement on site IMMEDIATELY after the final gavel falls. 

If you are registering within 24 hours of  the AUCTION, you will need to bring 10% (CASH) of the listed opening bid.

In both cases, if you do not perform to the purchase agreement, you will lose your deposit, and incur the wrath of all parties' attorneys.
